Wiz Khalifa Accused Of Stealing Black And Yellow From A Guy In Western Pennsylvania

Well, someone thinks he did. And of course this person waited until the song “Black and Yellow” was a huge hit to sue him…A songwriter from Western Pennsylvania who goes by the stage name, Maximillion, has filed a $2.3 million copyright infringement lawsuit against [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Wiz Khalifa[/lastfm], claiming his hit, “Black and Yellow”, came from a song he wrote called, “Pink and Yellow.” Max Gregory Warren is seeking a portion of the profits for the song, which went to No. 1 on the charts February 2011.     You’re right about that. He has to wait for it to be a hit before filing a case. But in the music industry nowadays, several songs really sounds alike.
