Lamar Odom is alive, but obviously not well.  His wife, Khloe Kardashian, has been in touch with him after reports surfaced that he’d been missing for more than 72 hours.  Apparently, when Khloe first reached out for professiona help, she lied about the extent of the addiction.  Khloe told investigators Lamar was addicted to performance enhancing drugs and that’s why she needed their help.  She never mentioned crack was involved.  Word is the two might be separating too.  She hasn’t commented about that though.

Kate Gosselin has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Philadelphia yesterday, against her ex-husband Jon Gosselin accusing him of stealing her hard drive and hacking her computer and phone to help write a tell-all book about her.  The suit claims that Jon illegally obtained the information to help his friend Robert Hoffman with his book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World, which has since been yanked from Amazon because of the lawsuit.
