Report: Actor Luke Perry Suffers 'Massive Stroke'

TMZ reports the '90210' and 'Riverdale' star was rushed to the hospital Wednesday

Actor Luke Perry, best known for his role as Dylan McKay on the show Beverly Hills 90210 has reportedly suffered a massive stroke. That’s according to a report from TMZ.

The 52-year-old Perry currently plays Fred Andrews on the CW show Riverdale.

TMZ reports that Perry is "sedated" at the hospital. 

This news comes the same day Fox announced “90210” was being revived. Perry was not believed to be a part of that project.

Born and raised in rural Fredericktown, Ohio, Perry was tapped for heartthrob status along with Jason Priestley on "Beverly Hills 90210," which ran from 1990 to 2000.
